Why iTrainer Started?

iTrainer was founded by young health conscious Australians who were concerned about how difficult and expensive it was to get good fitness advice for those who want to look after their health. We also noticed that more and more people were listening to their iPods while working out.

Then it hit us…if everyone is already listening to their iPods while working out - why not develop "an easy to use" iPod compatible program that delivers professional and fun fitness advice for everyone, no matter what their ability, no matter where the location, at an affordable price. Thus iTrainer was born in 2005. Smart huh?

iTrainer is based in Sydney Australia. Our beautiful outdoor exercise locations inspired us to create fun and exciting iPod audio workouts. These locations, as well as gyms and at home trials were the training ground for all of the iTrainer programs and workouts.

All the iTrainer staff and founders are so passionate about iTrainer, that we use our own programs for our own fitness. In fact, we were our own guinea pigs, having learnt by trial and error, how the best audio workouts can be enjoyed while delivering results. We hope everyone gets as much out of the iTrainer experience as we have.
