Q: Who is iTrainer for?
A: iTrainer is for everyone and every level. Each of our personal
trainers and fitness instructors gives you step by step, workout by
workout guidance on intensity and technique. If you haven't had any prior
experience with a particular workout type we advise you to “go easy”, feel your
way and build up as your muscles get used to the new range of movements and
intensities.
Q: How will iTrainer help me?
A: iTrainer motivates you and provides you with the workouts you
need to achieve your health, body image and weight aspirations.
iTrainer's unique Programs incorporate a planned series of workouts keeping you
motivated longer and unlike downloading just another MP3 workout iTrainer
delivers your new workouts to you as you need them.
Your iTrainer calendar lets you tune your workout schedule and then reminds you
by email, SMS or optionally a phone call that its time to workout and then
follows up just like your own personal trainer. Yes its on your case (as long
as you want) to see you achieve your fitness goals.
Q: Why is iTrainer different from other Fitness sites?
A: iTrainer unlike other fitness sites where you just download an
MP3 to help you in your workout takes a more holistic and long term approach.
iTrainer is serious about providing you the closest thing to having your own
Personal Trainer and supplies you with not just an MP3 workout but with an
entire program of different workouts that take you on a fitness journey.
We also motivate you and encourage you along the way through the use of SMS and
email reminders and notifications. As your Virtual Trainer we encourage you to
complete your workout logs so that you can track your progress and in the
future allow your Personal Trainer to monitor your progress as well. How good

Q: If I have a Personal Trainer how will iTrainer help me?
A: iTrainer as your “Virtual” Personal Trainer works with your
real Personal Trainer to motivate you for those workouts where you can't be
“face to face”. You might be out of town or only having one “face to face” per
week.
You can use an iTrainer program to augment your “face to face” time and if you
Personal Trainer has an iTrainer Group you can join up and they can check in on
how you are doing and keep you on track.
Q: If I am a Personal Trainer how will iTrainer help me?
A: iTrainer has also been designed with an eye to your needs as a
Personal Trainer to help you communicate with and motivate your clients.
iTrainer helps you interact with your clients when you can't be with them and
to notify them of upcoming events.
iTrainer gives you access to each of your client's workout calendars and session
logs so you can monitor their progress.
Q: Do I need a specific MP3 player to enjoy iTrainer programs?
A: Although we are called iTrainer and talk about iTunes any MP3
player is compatible with iTrainer workouts.
Q: I only have a computer with software that can play MP3 files. I don't
have a portable player. Is it enough to listen to iTrainer programs?
A: Absolutely! You don't have to go outside to use many of the
iTrainer programs. If you choose the right Program you can just turn up the
volume, and do your workout!
Q: What is iTrainer, and what products do you sell?
A: iTrainer is a subscription service that supplies Programs as a
series of workouts using packaged MP3 files designed by some of Australia's top
Personal Trainers and fitness professionals.
Two weeks of workouts (about 6 MP3s) are Podcast to your iTunes and
automatically loaded to your iPod when you connect.
Q: Is iTrainer good for me?
A: iTrainer Programs are good for you and have a enough variety to
address your fitness interests. If there are some speciality sports that are
not covered let us know and if there is enough demand we will endeavour to get
a fitness professional to design a Program for you.
